Tuna in a vinegar and onion sauce

Tonno con cipolla ed aceto.


  • Ingredients:
    • 4 fresh tuna fish slices
    • 50 ml/4tbsp red vinegar
    • Salt and black pepper
    • Olive oil
    • 3 medium size onions
    • Bread crumb


Dry the tuna slices with kitchen paper. Sauté the thinly-sliced onions in a little oil in a saucepan. Let the onions cook until golden. Lay the tuna slices on top and let the tuna cook a few minutes on both sides. Spray with vinegar and cover for 1 minute, draw off the heat.
